Prevention in General
How common cancer prevention is to reduce exposure to carcinogenic substances, such as not smoking, avoiding foods high in fat, add high-fiber foods such asvegetables and fruit, physical Akif life, striving for the ideal body weight, and live witha healthy pattern. Prevention can also be done by screening or screening for the possibility of getting cancer. Cancer screening tests was conducted to understand the possibility of cancer so as to reduce the number of deaths from cancer because ifcancer is found at a very early stage, where the cancer has not spread further, the cancer usually can be treated and provide optimal results.Mental Therapy
Some things you can do in terms of mental therapy for patients with cancer are:
Managing stress
Recognizing the stress
Moral support in cancer patients
Stay active and have fun
Empathy (understanding the severity of the mental burden experienced by cancerpatients to support recovery)
Optimistic in the run alive
Dispose of revenge and hatred
Prayer therapy (closer to God kapada)

Other cancers have symptoms less physically obvious. Some brain tumors tend to present early symptoms of these diseases because they affect cognitive function important. Pancreatic cancer is usually too small to cause symptoms until they cause pain by pushing against nearby nerves or interfere with liver function to cause yellowing of the skin and eyes called jaundice. Symptoms can also be made as tumors grow and push against the organs and blood vessels. For example, colon cancer causes symptoms such as constipation, diarrhea, and changes in stool size. Bladder or prostate cancer causes changes in bladder function such as more frequent urination or rare.
As cancer cells use the energy of the body and disrupt normal hormone function, are likely to present symptoms such as fever, fatigue, excessive sweating, anemia, and weight loss that can not be explained. However, these symptoms often occur in several other diseases as well. For example, cough and hoarseness may indicate lung or throat cancer and other conditions.
When cancer spreads, or metastasizes, additional symptoms can present themselves in new areas affected. Swollen or enlarged lymph nodes are common and likely to be present earlier. If the cancer spreads to the brain, patients may experience vertigo, headaches, or seizures. Spread to the lungs can cause coughing and shortness of breath. In addition, the liver can become enlarged and cause jaundice and bone can be painful, brittle, and easily broken. Symptoms of metastasis ultimately depends on the location of the cancer has spread.
How cancer classified?
There are five major groups that are used to classify cancer.
1. Carcinoma is characterized by cells covering internal and external parts of the body such as lung, breast, and colon cancer.
2. Sarcoma is characterized by cells located in bone, cartilage, fat, connective tissue, muscle, and other supporting tissues.
3. Lymphoma is a cancer that starts in the lymph nodes and tissues of the body's immune system.
4. Leukemia is cancer that starts in the bone marrow and often accumulate in the bloodstream.
5. Adenoma is a cancer that arises in the thyroid, pituitary gland, adrenal gland, and other glandular tissue.

Genes - the type of DNA
Cells can experience uncontrolled growth if there is damage or mutations in DNA, and therefore, damage to genes involved in cell division. Four main types of genes responsible for cell division process: oncogenes orders the cells when to divide, tumor suppressor genes instruct the cells when not to divide, suicide genes control apoptosis and tells cells to kill themselves if something goes wrong, and DNA -repair genes instruct the cells to repair damaged DNA.
Cancer occurs when cell gene mutation makes cells unable to repair DNA damage and unable to commit suicide. Similarly, cancer was the result of a mutation that inhibits the function of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes, causing uncontrolled cell growth.
Carcinogen
Carcinogens is the class of substances that are directly responsible for DNA damage, promote or assist cancer. Tobacco, asbestos, arsenic, such as gamma radiation and x-rays, the sun, and compounds in car exhaust fumes all examples of carcinogens. When our bodies are exposed to carcinogens, free radicals formed that tries to steal electrons from other molecules in the body. Technique of free radical damage to cells and affect their ability to function normally.
Gene - family type
Cancer could be the result of a genetic predisposition inherited from family members. It is possible to be born with certain genetic mutations or errors in the gene that makes one statistically more likely to develop cancer later in life.
Other medical factors
Holding hands
As we age, there is increase in the number of possible cancer-causing mutations in our DNA. This makes the age is an important risk factor for cancer. Some viruses are also associated with cancers such as human papillomavirus (the cause of cervical cancer), hepatitis B and C (liver cancer), and Epstein-Barr virus (the cause of some cancers in children). Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) - and other things that suppress or weaken the immune system - inhibit the body's ability to fight infection and increase the likelihood of getting cancer.
What are the symptoms of cancer?
Cancer Symptom quite varied, depending on where the cancer is, where it has spread, and how big the tumor. Some cancers can be felt or seen through the skin - a lump in the breast or testicular cancer may be an indicator of the location. Skin cancer (melanoma) is often noted by a change in wart or mole on the skin. Some oral cancers are white patches in the mouth or white spots on the tongue.

Cancer is the result of cells that grow uncontrollably and do not die. normal cells in the body following the path of orderly growth, division, and death. Programmed cell death called apoptosis, and when this process is damaged, the cancer begins to form. Unlike regular cells, cancer cells do not experience the death of the program and instead continue to grow and divide. This causes the mass of abnormal cells that grow out of control.
